Bio

"Just a small town girl, living in a lonely world..." - good song! Anyway, I am kind of a small town girl, but I am not all that lonely. I am originally from western NY state, outside of Buffalo, NY and I moved to Maryland 11 years ago. I didn't know a soul at the time, but I am very glad I made the leap of faith. Although I have moved around a little, I am now settled in my own townhouse in Columbia with the best dog in the world, Tiger Mack. I love exploring and creating adventures in Baltimore and DC, but I really like to come home to the peace and quiet of my little corner of the world. For work, I conduct research for education programs, so I like to think I am making a little bit of a difference in the world. I have a great group of friends who are like my family away from home and I would do anything for them, as I know they have always been there for me and hopefully always will be.
